As all our garments are custom-made and created especially for each client, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

In case of any concerns regarding fit or finishing, our team will be happy to assist you with alterations wherever possible.

Complimentary Alteration Services

We offer complimentary minor alterations for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Complimentary services apply only to minor adjustments.
• Major design or fitting changes may incur additional charges after assessment by our team.

Alteration Services Within India

For customers within India, we offer a convenient pick-up and re-delivery service for alteration requests.

Please allow approximately 18–25 working days for the alteration process to be completed.

International Orders

For international clients, we recommend planning any required alterations in advance to minimize additional shipping expenses. Shipping charges for alteration services will be borne by the customer.
