For custom-made, made-to-order, bridal, and bulk orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination country. Applicable shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry or at the time of order confirmation.

All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.

For International Customers

International orders are generally shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that product prices shown on the website do not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applicable in your country.

As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or local levies required to clear your package upon arrival.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Semi Formal & Occasion Wear: 2–4 Weeks
• Festive & Bridal Wear: 8–12 Weeks
• Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: As per the delivery timeline communicated during order confirmation.

Important  Information

Delays in dispatch or delivery may occur if:

1. Complete payment has not been received.
2. Shipping address or contact details are incomplete or inaccurate.
3. Required measurements have not been provided.
4. There is no timely response from the customer regarding order-related queries.
